  • Fix tsconfig extending _tsconfig.base.json for typedoc that can't resolve the configDir variable.
  • Update typedoc to the latest version that supports typescript 5.6
  • Rearrange resources sidebar to show guides, such as create fulfillment, under Guides rather than References
  • Update the examples list in the main docs to include links to create providers

The "documentation" for the provider will be done in a separate PR in the TSDocs, which is later generated into our docs.
