CSS Style Queries: Add note about Safari not supporting these on body #24401

Safari has a Style Queries bug in which they don’t work on <body>, which is very unfortunate.

The referenced bug is marked as fixed. Should this say that it is fixed in preview or so?

The bug is fixed and has landed on main, but it’s not included in any Safari Technology Preview release yet.

This is the current output using the latest Safari Technology Preview 203:

I hope for this fix to be included in an upcoming Safari Technology Preview, but currently that is not the case.
