Latest mbeddr platform release for MPS 3.2

This is a mirror of the latest build of the mbeddr platform for MPS 3.2. We removed longterm storage for artifacts from our build infrastructure. Please use these artifacts I you are still using MPS 3.2 together with the mbeddr platform.
