An implementation of probabilistic methods for detecting de novo mutations from nuclear family genome data.
This project uses Python33 and Anaconda (contains numpy and scipy packages).
To install Anaconda, find the appropriate installer for your machine:
Make sure to add the directory of the newly installed Anaconda folder to your system path variable. The installer will have this setting checked by default.
Then follow the directions here to tell Anaconda to use Python33:
