  1. [rv_dm,dv] Explicitly add two tlul adapters to CSR tests' coverage 

    These adapters are properly tested in the CSR tests (like e.g.
rv_dm_jtag_dtm_csr_rw) that use cover_reg_top.cfg. So we should
collect their coverage for those tests.
