1. Add Blankets of Cyrodiil …

   * Add mod entry
    - To the Gameplay - General section.
    - "Sleeping NPC's will equip a blanket based on the bed they're
      sleeping in. An INI is included where you can enable this feature
      for the player as well if you use SYS."
