In the results.dir you can find plots showing the MCPs' expression, composition, and phenotype-specific distributions as shown here for the ulcerative colitis MCP we identified (Jerby-Arnon and Regev, Nature Biotechnology 2022).

In the plot below each dot corresponds to a sample, showing the expression level of one MCP component as a function of another MCP component, together with the Pearson correlation coefficient:

The plot below shows the number of genes in the cell-type-specific and non-specific components of each MCP:

In case there is a specific feature or phenotype of interest DIALOGUE will plot the MCP expression when stratifying the cells according to that classification:

here, for example, we can see that the MCP identified in colon samples is higher in the disease state (UC).
