Redbox is go!

I finally got around to putting in the Redbox functionality and fixing a few things up!

Changes:

• Fixed Misc menu
• Cleaned up a bit of code
• Enabled US and UK redbox menus.
• An icon! courtesy of @kowalski7cc (many thanks)
