config(style): Split place names into place, natural and water classe…

#### Motivation
- separate style for place, natural and water names
- update the topographic and aerialhybrid styles

#### Modification
Re-import the latest style json manually from maputnik server. They
format getting changed a little bit as previously we imported by the cli
script.
