This is incomplete, but I'm getting there. Things that are missing:

Get the window title and use it for the TitleBar title by default
Add resizing by window corners (for now just the edges are implemented)
Add double click on the WindowHandle to toggle the maximized state (it will probably require bigger changes, because masonry doesn't handle multiple clicks ATM)
