MEGA65: clean-up VIC4 stdout debugging + comments

* vic4.c emits lots of debug messages with DEBUGPRINT. Turn them into
  DEBUG
* try to be more consistent with terminology, ie VICIV vs VIC-IV vs VIC4
  vs VIC-4 (and so on with 2 and 3 as well)
