Needed import and init, as well as changing of components to .default as per laravel 6.0 guidelines

Haven't tested with Auth yet, but the main demo page is working like before and installation no longer throws errors with laravel 6 and passport.
Let me know if you find errors, I tested with a clean installation of Laravel 6.2, Vuetify 2, Passport 8.0.2
