- move entries from wikipedia.txt to the compound TXT for better user messages; - add custom Portuguese logic for changes like ultra+som->ultrassom; - add new tests.

- remove hardcoded centuries from wikipedia.txt; - add rule filter for conversion of arabic to roman numerals.
* [pt] Add ENCIMA_LOCUCAO rule * [pt] Improve coverage of HAVER rule - there were many instances of impersonal 'haver' in the plural not caught by the HAVER rule; - I've also removed a partially matching 'havia (muitos|poucos|vários)' line from the wikipedia.txt replacement file.
