Heya, @susanaboatto and @p-goulart ,
I have been delaying this change since it required a clear mind to do it.
Today I was able to focus on it.
So, I created a SHORTEN_IT category, moved the FORMAL category to the same order as the PT style.xml and added to the redundancy category "Pleonasmos".
Notice that as I slowly improve the rules, I will remove the useless commented out text.
After months of delay, I have done it!
After the checks, I will merge it.
