New grammar and spelling rules added
Added rulegroups:

  1. Writing percentages and fractions without using the word “faiz” (2 rules)
  2. Coordination of postpositions in the exodive cases
  3. Coordination of postpositions in the genitive cases
  4. Affixation of the extreme form of adverbs “-qanca”, "-ğanca" (4 rules)
  5. Writing approximate numerals with a hyphen (5 rules)
