Works as expected, tested this with:
curl -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"zks_getConversionRate","params":[],"id":1}' http://localhost:3050
Which responds:
{"jsonrpc":"2.0","result":"0xb","id":1}I was expecting a decimal number, so let's keep in mind this answers in hex.
