Code is proof of concept of Magento Rest API implementation using Pistache C++ Framework Communication with MySql is done though XDevAPI
Admin login (index.php/rest/V1/integration/admin/token) works using libsodium, with same encryption as within Magento Core.
Primitive ACL validation added for some basic GET methods implemented.
To make it simple, we will convert configuration to json and use it. Application will read config.json from original config

For example authorization as it was implemented takes <100ms in comparison to original 200ms+.
Simple methods like store/storeViews do not have too much overhead, and perform within 20ms.
