Since @grpc/grpc-js is a drop-in replacement for the grpc library, there's no further code changed need. Also update other libraries to a more recevent version

Description
The
grpclibrary is currently deprecated and doesn't work with NodeJS 20 and Python 3.12 or above.By replacing the
grpcengine with the current@grpc/grpc-js, we ensure that clients are not restricted to older versions of NodeJS and Python.And since the
@grpc/grpc-jsis a drop-in replacement forgrpcno further code change is necessary.Additional updates
I also updated the other libraries to a more recent version.
