Version 1.1 Release

There was a bug in the 1.0 which caused queries to get locked up because the health check was not closing the query object. This fixes that.

Built package against Kairos 1.1.3

Extract the gz file and place the jar file in /opt/kairosdb/lib and place the properties file in /opt/kairosdb/conf

Restart Kairos
