Before any magento commands would fail because the connection is already made during construct.
Now authentication is done during excecute so that is not a problem anymore.
Since the connection is already remembered in https://github.com/akeneo/magento2-connector-community/blob/master/Helper/Authenticator.php#L55 we don't need to do that ourselves
