- break up massive universe function into understandable chunks
- render 'background' starscape separately to prevent it from 'ending' when the user zooms out
- WIP: a11y improvements
- improve stars/circles
- conditionally render sidebar to prevent focus shifting w/ keyboard
- TODO: manage focus when sidebar is opened
