Minor fixes

This minor "release" is almost only concerned with in core/gatherer.lua:

• the previous handling of multiple toml wasn't working well, so I rewrote parts of its function geToml()
• fix of #4
  • The folder .sile was moved to ~/.config/sile and if it not exists, then it's created and the default configuration files are copied to it.

About how #3 got resolved I've no idea, but at least there's no "detached HEAD" warning in this version.

Part of the code is still unusable while I'm refactoring...
