Thanks for your interest in Jenkins, but I don't think that we want to spend the time of maintainers to process pull requests that place a comment that says exactly what the code says on the next line.

You're encouraged to contribute changes that will help Jenkins. We have issues that are well suited to new contributors to Jenkins core and we have overall issues that are well suited to new contributors. Please help with one of those issues or with one of the good first issues that are identified in GitHub issues.

I propose to close this pull request so that you can focus your effort on changes that will help the Jenkins project.
