1. Major updates to several programs to reduce memory footprint.
2. Corrected two major bugs in HK data and in calculating exposure times.
3. Added astrometry tools.

1) Added a number of files to do astrometry (at the users risk).
2) Bug fixes.

Astrometry added

Interface to add astrometry to files. Default is to call astrometry.net but may be changed at user discretion.
