How to acknowledge?

If you have solved your CTR model using SuPerRod, please make the acknowlegement in your paper. The credits should of course go to GenX first (https://doi.org/10.1107/S0021889807045086), since SuPodRod is built using the differential evolution fit engine hardcoded in GenX and many ideas used in designing SuPerRod are originally inherited from GenX. I will appreciate it if you can refer to this software project as well in your paper to make a larger exposure of this nice tool to X-ray surface diffraction community for making good science. To combine these, you could phrase the acknowlegement something like this:

"The CTR modeling work is performed using SuPerRod (https://github.com/jackey-qiu/DaFy), an open-source software adapted from GenX (Björck and Andersson, 2007)."
