Changes:

• zstd updated to v1.0.0
• added libdeflate 2016-08-29 (thanks to Jørgen Ibsen)
• added the -m (memory_limit) option; large files are processed in (memory_limit/4) blocks
• cleaner CSV output and added the original size field
