Update example runner + dashboard for lightclient spec

Update example runner + dashboard for lightclient spec:

• Mark included specs Blockchain.qnt and LCVerificationApi.qnt as N/A (they are parameterized and cannot be run)
• Supply --init and --next for Lightclient.qnt
• Add an instance module¹ to Lightclient.qnt, in support of test and verify, and add it as --main

ℹ️   Lightclient does not pass test and verify yet; most likely this is addressed by @bugarela's current flattener workstream.
