Both old and new GSvar clients have issues with the IGV performance when using Citrix-Server. In both cases the loading speed of tracks in IGV is equally low. Connection through the Citrix-Server seems to be a bottleneck. Possible options:

  • Test the speed of 64-bit GSvar client
  • Make sure the problem is on the Citrix side
