Statistical analysis: *Many drawbacks of current website come into light. *Fields to improve the design of website making it easy and simple. *New Fields are included in the website. *Response time on any queries registered.
Interview:
- Interview of all workers working in the department in order to gather the information.
- Steps of action taken when a student make any complain.
- Record of students who are regular and fee structure and programs, all activities happening in the institute.
