A new way to access Cytoscape from your favorite tools
- 10/14/2014: 0.9.3 released. This version has new Session API.
- 10/6/2014: 0.9.0 released! It is available from App Store.
- 9/30/2014: User documents and examples have been updated!
- 9/22/2014: 0.9.0-beta released. This is the feature-freeze version.
- 9/5/2014: cy-rest module alpha version released. This version includes some breaking changes and old R/Python samples may not work. I'll update them shortly. Also, some more details has been added to the REST API document.
- 8/5/2014: cy-rest module pre-alpha version released for evaluation. This is for early adopters and we need your feedback!
