Changes from previous releases

This release reorganizes the homepage and adds a more comprehensive workflow tutorial. Functionally the blog site is still the same; any content that you created for the previous releases is fully compatible with this release - simply copy your files into the appropriate directories (more details). Additionally, a Docker container is provided to help with serving your blogpost while developing it locally, as well as exporting your submission.
