IFCB-Analysis software system, initial formal release at v2 feature stage

IFCB-Analysis Software System

Designed for Imaging FlowCytobot (IFCB) data processing from initial image processing and analysis (segmentation / blob extraction, feature extraction) to automated classification (e.g., into plankton taxonomic groups). The code can also be used for analysis of other image data sets, such as those produced by the Video Plankton Recorder (VPR).

This release reflects code at the v2 stage for blob and feature extraction.
(Known bugs are being addressed in the v3 development branch.)
