This commit adds the MEDIAR models for cell segmentation, as described in the paper 'MEDIAR: Harmony of Data-Centric and Model-Centric for Multi-Modality Microscopy' available at https://github.com/Lee-Gihun/MEDIAR. These models enhance the capability for multi-modality microscopy by integrating both data-centric and model-centric approaches.

This commit implements a check for the existence of the symlink before attempting to create one. Additionally, it updates the timm version to 0.9.2, as segmentation-models-pytorch 0.3.3 depends on timm==0.9.2.
