Yeah, we shouldn't be including these in the build.
Looks like repo has not changed in 4 years - no idea if it's currently used in any way e.g. new course creation.
@naadhira are these still used?

It seems like adoc-templates are not used in the docs site so that we can remove its reference.
Anyway it causes a warning during the build
