Timeout warning and modal components

This is a fork of GOV.UK Frontend which contains prototypes of a timeout warning and modal components.

User research carried out

Some research with users was carried out in autumn 2017, this is also documented on the GOV.UK Design System backlog (see "Research on this component").

The components were tested with the following:
