heroku-enable-yubikey-only-when-it-is-needed

This is a Heroku CLI plugin that tells YubiSiwtch to turn on your yubikey nano right before it's needed, and then turns it off again.

For MacOS You can get YubiSwitch at https://github.com/pallotron/yubiswitch

For Linux see https://github.com/gsstark/yubiswitch-for-linux

Install this plugin:
