update report options docs. remove mention of none which is not used. #424

(#254) A recent commit (0d2f331) removed non verbose logging for the
reportoption. The readme was updated with a "Quiet Mode" section but the generated readme overwrote it in the next commit.I updated the report docs to let users know that currently all report logging is done in verbose.
I also removed the mention of
"none"as an option because it does not appear to make any difference now that all report output is logged in verbose.
