Activity Feed Final Updates #1139

Completes the Activity Feed feature with several improvements:

organization display now an option, toggled off on homepage feed due to its narrow width
adjustments to feed-item descriptions to read better in different contexts
deleted comment content no longer displayed in item details or comment popovers
changed Events tab label to Activity on entity detail pages
cleaned out extraneous/unused code, types
