I'm still getting a
#<Net::OpenTimeout: Failed to open TCP connection to evs.nci.nih.gov:443 (execution expired)>error trying to download the new TSV file as part of this updated job so it would be good if someone else could test this out to see if it's something on my end before merging the PR.
