Added -stash option. It renames report files by adding the date + time to the file name.

With this option it's faster to create multiple versions of the reports. Just do:

check-my-pages -stash

Now the option -crawl gets all urls from a website, starting from the -start page and crawling only pages that match the -pattern.

New in this version: -title creates titles.csv, a file with all the content in the title tags.

The new feature is useful to check for title consistency and to understand sites where the url does not give hints on the content.
