included with Bless

  • Physics: Drop down menu to set trimesh, convex or none as a mesh objects collision setup. In godot you get a static body and shape. More bodies and shapes coming soon! You don't need to press "Apply Collision" this is only for multiple selections. The drop down menu will be saved for each object.
  • Grid: A helpful panel to double or halve the grid size. Common in level editors.
  • Tool: Lock Camera, checking this will lock blenders viewport to the selected object.

included with Bless-Godot:

All features below require the godot addon. available in the other zip file. Optional if you want basic physics, but reccomended

  • Physics: collision layers. The panels look the same across Blender + Godot.
Note: this does not work with named godot layers yet. coming in the next update!

  • Godot: Node visibility.

  • Godot: Locking nodes.
Using these two icons in blender should have the same result in godot. image

  • Export: Speaker nodes in blender will import as AudioStreamPlayer3D (experimental + has no function yet)

  • Game Profile: You can make a custom profile as a .json of your game and export to blender. This contains references to materials, textures and audio files. (experimental feature for later). Loading this profile currently works. Any suggestions for this profile system will be appreciated!
