ohif-viewer: delete measurement report not working

Hi Pierre-Henri,
I hope you are doing fine.
This feature actually never worked before. I am about to fix the correct storage of measurement reports
from ohif in shanoir backend. I think we should implement the deletion as well.
Priority is not high, but would be great to make it work.
