Description of Change

Upgrade fast-folder-size to the latest version.

Motivation and Context

On Windows, the du.exe executable used to compute the folder size of Ferdium (e.g. to clear the cache) can no longer be downloaded at execution time as it was before, and needs now to be shipped in the build directly.
[N.B: The change does not affect unix platforms as it still uses the du binary of the OS itself]
