There are a few dependencies which weren't updated:

Oracle JDBC driver due missing DMS
OSGi test FW pax-exam due a some strange errors during test calls
jakarta.el-api due ClassNotFound jakarta.el.ELManager not found by org.hibernate.validator in OSGi tests
