Second developement release

What's Changed

• Dev->main in preparation for release 0.0.dev1 by @cb-Hades in #14
• some adjustments to modules due to new refineGEMs update + switch to normal install instead of dev-branch
• CMPB workflow should work fine
• HQTB workflow might currently not work as expected due to the refineGEMs update - new release will be coming soon
