Is your feature request related to a problem?
Users may want to restrict primers to specific genomic loci.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use bedtools to keep primer pairs whose products intersect with the loci of interest.

The workflow should be described instead of added directly to the main program. Maybe I can write a small wrapper for it, but I need to think carefully so as to avoid feature bloat.

As of v1.5.1, primerForge outputs BED files. This is no longer a feature request but instead an example of how to do this could be added to the README.
