WMCore new member setup

Here we list all groups, permissions, tools that a new WMCore member must subscribe and/or ask for.
- Slack: chatting tool. Ask Alan M. to add you to:
- the CMS DMWM project (general, python-migration, random, support, wmagent-dev and wmarchive channels)
- the P&R project (wmcore-support channel, where Ops issues are discussed)
- CRIC: resource and personnel catalog. Ask Alan M. to grant you the ReqMgr/Data-manager (or Admin, if needed) role; such that you can create documents into central couchdb and inject requests.
- cmst1 AFS user: shared account used to run WMAgent. Ask Alan M.
- cmst1 puppet module: list of users that are allowed to sudo to cmst1 user. Ask the CMS VoC (with Alan M. in cc)
- egroups:
- subscribe to the cms-wmagent-access in order to have access to the {pre}-production WMAgent nodes. Ask Alan M.
- subscribe to the cms-oc-dmwm, which is used for general discussions about CMS DMWM projects. Please self subscribe.
- Github: need to be added to one of those contributors teams. Ask Brian B. and Eric V.
- If needed, request access to the FNAL schedds and the cmsdataops account.

Our WMAgent chat meeting takes place every Monday at 4pm CEST/CERN. Vidyo room is called DMWM.
