Enable store import for koblenz

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Each project needs a store import config to be able to import stores via csv.
Since the store config for nuernberg and koblenz do not differ we can just use reuse the existing config from nuernberg.

Describe the solution you'd like

• reuse the store config in the koblenz project config.
• enable store import for koblenz
