PR# 2: mageho:patch-1 - Update navigator-mixin.js

Fix to navigator-mixin.js to correct fetching of steps, which is an observable, so has to be called as target.steps(), not target.steps

Locking new ver for Magento version >= 2.3.0

Only officially supported Magento versions will be supported in this module, so new release 2.1.0 to reflect that
