  1. py2cytoscape.cyrest is done in parallel to Cytoscape’s swagger API

  2. a couple of functions are missing which would give it full mapping to rcy3 (some functions might also need renaming, maybe also on the rcy3 library).

  3. identification of the functions related to the issue above will be identified by

    a) the filling up of the table in https://github.com/cytoscape/py2cytoscape/wiki/swagger-compliance

    b) the google some of docs student which is looking at real case usages while doing the docs for r/py and is therefore pinpointing any missing functions as he goes along
